  1. Combine buffalo or beef, 1/2 cup cheese, bread crumbs, milk, onion and egg. Mix into two dozen meatballs.
  2. Mix flour, salt and pepper in separate bowl.
  3. In baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes, green beans and flour mixture (will make 2-3 layers).
  4. Heat 1 cup cheese and mushroom soup until cheese melts. Pour half of mixture over potatoes.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Add meatballs on top of potatoes and then add remaining soup mixture.
  7. Bake for additional 45-50 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  8. Add remaining 1/2 cup cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
